Liz Martin is a neurodivergent advocate for inclusion and a highly experienced Behaviour Analyst and PBS Practitioner based in the South West of WA. She brings together more than 20 years of teaching, therapy, and leadership experience to support autistic individuals and their families in living joyful, connected, and empowered lives.
Liz’s journey is both personal and professional. When her son Micah was diagnosed with autism at age two, Liz committed herself to learning everything she could to support him. What began as a mother’s search for support became MICAH Inclusion—a values-driven, neuro-affirming therapy service that has grown to support dozens of families across the region.
Liz specialises in autism, early childhood development, behaviour support, and inclusive education. She is known for her warm and collaborative approach, and her ability to translate evidence-based strategies into meaningful, practical support for families, educators and support teams. She works across ABA and PBS models to design holistic, individualised programs that centre relationships, autonomy and skill-building.
As founder and CEO at MICAH, Liz leads a team of passionate practitioners delivering therapy and behaviour support that is data-informed, strengths-based, and aligned with NDIS best practice. She also provides supervision, training, and professional development to educators, therapists and parents throughout WA.
Her clients describe her as deeply knowledgeable, kind, and grounded in lived experience. She brings humanity, insight and integrity to every interaction.
"It’s an incredible privilege to walk alongside families and support their journey. I believe every child has the right to be heard, supported and celebrated—and every family deserves guidance that feels hopeful and respectful."
