  • Liz Martin

    Liz is a Behaviour Analyst, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, and the founder of MICAH Inclusion. With over two decades of experience as a teacher and therapist, Liz specialises in autism support and inclusive education. Her work is deeply personal and grounded in lived experience as a mother to two autistic children. Liz is passionate about neuro-affirming, evidence-based practices that support children and families to thrive. She leads the MICAH PBS team with a strong commitment to ethical practice, authentic inclusion, and empowering others through education and collaboration.

  • Ruth Dunne

    Ruth is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in psychology, education, social work, and applied behaviour analysis. She has supported a wide range of individuals, from young children to older adults, including autistic clients and people with complex needs. Ruth brings a calm, compassionate presence to her work and is committed to person-centred, neuro-affirming approaches. Known for her warm and non-judgemental style, Ruth values walking alongside families to help build understanding, strengthen relationships, and improve quality of life.
